As part of an ongoing series of market reports on the neighborhoods of Denver, the NeighborhoodX team explored and analyzed Sunnyside.
The current average asking price for the neighborhood is $327 per square foot.
"However, because the average price alone cannot tell the whole story, our team also looked at the price range," said Constantine Valhouli, Director of Research for NeighborhoodX.
The individual properties that make up that average range from a low of $229/sq.ft. (4018 Vallejo St.) to $574/sq.ft. (3833 Shosone St.).
For comparison, the average asking price in Capitol Hill is $337 per square foot, ranging from $177-511 per square foot.
